The great thing about Chetan Bhagat is that he points out the problems faced by our nation and gives their practical solutions. Having been out of the country for a while, he definitely has a broader outlook about life than most of us. In this book, he has covered vast topics ranging from economics to politics. He has also stressed upon the Indian education system- which needs a major revamp... He style of writing and sense of humour is very engaging.What I got from this interesting little book is that- the author wants young India to be the change that they want to see rather than merely sitting and hoping for change to take place. It is impertinent that the youth actively engages in the issues involving the nation if they want the nation to grow and develop.

The author's thoughts are good and are quite practical. But in my opinion, the content should have been sent via other channels, like blogs, editorials etc., instead of a book. Also, this was completely unexpected content when it came through Chetan Bhagat, who sells his ideas via a story, and not in the form of speeches or articles.
And here I give 3 stars because of good thoughts.
The book made sense when it was written. Political commentary soon gets outdated. Chetan Bhagat needs to update this book.
Honest direct way of talking to his audience. He moves quickly from one topic to the other in a flowing and capturing style
Applied many of his thoughts in a speech I recently made at a youth conference in Delhi
Though we read this book with young Indian viewpoint in mind, actually the loopholes, as penned down by Chetan Bhagat, is confronted by India at large...the young and old...We all as a nation want to see India coming out strong as a nation in all fields and shine amongst all nations...Chetan Bhagat beautifully narrated the ways and means to reach the goal and how to go about in solving the grave problems that India faces today....His effort in this book is highly commendable...
Quality-Good, Shipment-Quick
Yet to finish it, but I like what I am reading so far.. Note that this is not another novel by Chetan, but more a political essay, outlining what the feelings of the young nationals are, and pointing us all in a good direction. I am hoping that Chetan's intent to try and mobilize and put into focus the collective energies and initiatives of young India into a single unified movement will bear fruit and lead to a cleaner politics going forward.. We live in eternal hope -)
This gives a good insight into the way many younger Indians are thinking these days. They want to be part of building a new India - They want to be involved - have a say and change the corrupt system. If they continue to be so resolute - they will make it! Thank you Chetan Bhagat for this book.
